September 2025<\/strong>\u00a0fand in Lollar ein besonderes Karate-Ereignis statt: <br>Das JKA Camp Kawasoe Masao Sensei in Lollar; Der japanische Meister\u00a0<strong>Kawasoe Sensei<\/strong>\u00a0leitete einen zweit\u00e4gigen Lehrgang, der zahlreiche\u00a0<strong>Karateka aus Deutschlan<\/strong>d anzog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Samstag begann mit Kindertraining, gefolgt von intensiven Einheiten f\u00fcr h\u00f6her graduierte Karateka. Auf dem Programm standen unter anderem Kihon, Krafttraining, Gewichtsverlagerung, H\u00fcftrotation, Schnelligkeit sowie im gro\u00dfen Training, die Kata (Abfolge bestimmter Techniken und Bewegungen) Bassai Dai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Pause vertieften die Teilnehmer Themen wie Kumite (Kampf), die Kata Heian Shodan sowie Grundlagen zur H\u00fcftbewegung und Gewichtsverlagerung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Sonntag f\u00fchrte Kawasoe Sensei die Karateka durch Kihon, H\u00fcftrotation und die Kata Heian Shodan, bevor im gro\u00dfen Training die fortgeschrittenen Karateka die Katas Gion und Jitte \u00fcbten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Wochenende bot allen Beteiligten eine intensive Mischung aus Technik, Dynamik und Pr\u00e4zision \u2013 und die seltene Gelegenheit, direkt von einem japanischen Meister zu lernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karateverein feiert 40-j\u00e4hriges Jubil\u00e4um mit Lehrgang und Feier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lollar- Zum 40-j\u00e4hrigen Bestehen des Karate Dojo Lollar veranstaltete dieses am Wochenende des 6.Septembers- 8. Septembers, einen Lehrgang mit dem japanischen Karate-Meisters Kawasoe Masao. Der Lehrgang bot die Gelegenheit, das technische Wissen der Karateka zu erweitern. Es wurde intensiv trainiert und auf kleinste Details geachtet, um die einzelnen Techniken noch pr\u00e4ziser ausf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen. Besonderen Wert wurde also auf die Perfektion der Grundtechniken gelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\"
